Terms of Service
Introduction
All persons who use Eligible (the “Platform,” which includes all websites, apps, servers, digital communications services, databases, and all other digital features, plus any in-person events and other activities that are organized off-line owned, operated, managed, or released under the Eligible brand) agree to these terms of service (“ToS”) and such terms govern their use of the Platform for the period of time they are using the Platform, during the entire period of any subscription or membership that gives them access to the Platform, and for so long as they are availing themselves of the Platform’s features, storing their content and submissions on the Platform, or otherwise using or exploiting the Platform and its benefits, offerings, and any original content drawn from the Platform. Such persons are referred to as “Users” and as “You” and “Your” throughout the ToS. The terms “We” “Us” and “Our” generally refer to Eligible and, at times, those terms include, where context allows, Our officers, directors, employees and agents, and, at times, Our various commercial partners.
Intellectual Property
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in Our Platform, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You must not use any part of the materials on Our Platform for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from Us or Our licensors.
If You print, copy or download any part of Our Platform in breach of these terms of use, Your right to use Our Platform will cease immediately and You must, at Our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials You have made.
If You believe Your intellectual property rights have been infringed by Our Platform content, please contact Us by email at info@readyandeligible.com.
Viruses, Hacking, and Other Offenses
You must not knowingly introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful material. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Our Platform or database connected to Our Platform.
If You breach this provision, You are committing a criminal offense under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and We will cooperate with those authorities by disclosing Your identity to them.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect Your computer equipment, computer programs, data, or other proprietary material due to Your use of Our Platform or Your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

Hold Harmless Agreement
As a condition of using Our Platform and for so long as You are subject to these ToS as set forth above, You agree to fully indemnify Us, defend Us, and hold Us harmless from any and all lawsuits, claims, demands, liability, causes of action, loss, injury, and/or damages of any kind whatsoever, whether brought by an individual or an entity, or imposed by a court of law, or by administrative action of any federal, state, or local government body or agency, or by any arbitral board or tribunal that purports to have its rulings or findings enforced in any court of law, arising out of, in any way whatsoever, any omissions, acts, negligence, or willful misconduct on Our part (including Eligible’s officers, directors, employees, agents, and its commercial partners). This includes legal fees and expenses and related costs entailed in bringing and defending the foregoing scope of indemnified matters. You agree that We are not responsible or liable in any way for the personal encounters you have through Your use of the Platform, as both a matter of law, including the Communications Decency Act, 47 U.S.C. § 230, and by virtue of these ToS.
How to End Your Eligible Membership
We want the connections You make through Our services to last forever, but We keep Your personal data only as long as necessary for legitimate business reasons. If You decide to end Your membership, You can close Your account by emailing info@readyandeligible.com and Your profile will no longer be visible to other members. Note that We will close Your account automatically if You do not pay Your annual membership fee.
Following account closure, We delete Your data as laid out below:
- To protect the safety and security of Our members, We implement a safety retention window of three months following account closure or up to two years following an account ban. During this period, We keep Your data to investigate unlawful or harmful conduct. The retention of data during this safety retention window is based on Our legitimate interest as well as that of potential third-party victims.
- We maintain limited data to comply with legal data retention obligations: in particular, We keep transaction data for 10 years to comply with tax and accounting legal requirements, credit card information for the duration the user may challenge the transaction, and “traffic data” / logs for one year to comply with legal data retention obligations. We also keep records of consents members give Us for five years to comply and evidence Our compliance with applicable law.
- Finally, We maintain data on the basis of Our legitimate interest where there is an outstanding or potential issue, claim or dispute requiring Us to keep data, in particular if We receive a valid legal subpoena or request asking Us to preserve data (in which case We would need to keep the data to comply with Our legal obligations) or if data would otherwise be necessary as part of legal proceedings.
Note
All of the rights expressly stated herein are in addition to and not exclusive of any and all other rights and remedies available to Us, at law or in equity. We reserve the right to revise or amend these ToS at any time without advance notice and You agree to be bound by the updated language upon your next use of Our Platform.
